There are no fees for Virtual Card and gift card transactions funded by a US bank account made in the US. There are fees for funding your digital wallet balance via Debit or Credit card. There are international currency conversion fees charged by Visa for international transactions on the Virtual Card.
When using ACH as a funding source for any transaction, you will have a debt to Fluz from the moment you transact until the funds are debited from your designated Checking or Savings account. Your debt is paid within one business day from transacting.
There are no interest charges from Fluz because the Fluz Commercial Prepaid Card issued by Pathward® N.A., Member FDIC is not a credit card. If you fund a Fluz transaction with a credit card and you do not pay that credit card bill, you are subject to terms & conditions of the credit card used, which may include interest. Please see your cardholder terms of the designated funding source for details on interest charges.

How do I get started to get a Fluz for business account?
You first need to register for a Fluz account. You can sign up here. Once registered, please complete the Fluz business application. After our internal team reviews your application.
What ownership information is required to get approved for a Fluz for business account?
Federal regulations also require that we obtain, verify, and record information concerning the business owners of a legal entity at account opening. Business owners, also referred to as “beneficial owners”, are individuals who directly or indirectly own 25% or more of your business. You may also be asked to provide this information about business owners at other times upon our request. You may also be asked to provide additional information about your business, including, but not limited to, annual revenue, industry/line of business information and/or account activity.
What documents do we need to submit to register for a Business Account?
We are required by federal law to obtain the Account owner’s correct taxpayer identification number (TIN). A TIN may be in one of the following forms: (a) your Social Security number (SSN) if the Account is in your individual name or in the name of a sole proprietorship or single member LLC owned by an individual that is disregarded as a separate legal entity for U.S. federal tax purposes or (b) a photo of your Government issued Identification Document with a face match if the Account is in your individual name or in the name of a sole proprietorship or single member LLC owned by an individual that is disregarded as a separate legal entity for U.S. federal tax purposes or (c) an employer identification number (EIN) if the Account is in the name of a partnership, corporation, limited liability company or other entity subject to U.S. federal tax filing requirements. If the account is in the name of a sole proprietorship that has an EIN, you may give us either that EIN or your SSN.) We will also ask you for a supporting bank statement.
What type of entities will you accept for a Fluz business account?
We are only able to accept a US registered business for a Fluz business account. We will accept a Limited Liability Company, Corporation, Sole Proprietorship, or Limited Partnership.
How much can I spend with a Fluz business account?
You can spend up to $250,000 per day with a Fluz business account. Please note other limits will still apply.
How much does it cost to get a Fluz business account?
There are no fees to register a Fluz business account. There are no membership fees associated with a Fluz business account. There are no monthly fees for having a Fluz business account. There is no minimum spend or minimum balance requirement for a Fluz business account.
How does it work if I have multiple owners in my business?
We will need you to submit the identification documents for each owner of the business that holds more than 25%.
I have not yet formed an entity. Can I still get a Fluz business account?
Unfortunately we require you to have formed your entity before we can open your Fluz business account. Part of the application process requires us to collect your business documents.
I already verified my identity in the Fluz app. Do I need to do it again for the business application?
No, you do not need to resubmit your full identification again as part of the Fluz business application process.
How can I create a business so I could apply for a Fluz Business Account?
You can use other platforms that would enable you to register for a business online and create a business bank account online. You can refer to our help center article for more information.
Can Non-US residents apply for a Fluz Business account?
Yes, as long as you have a business registered in the United States. Please note that if your business is not located in the US, you will only be able to purchase closed loop gift cards with your Fluz account.
If you are a US resident, you can open a Fluz business account with your Government issued identification and a proof of address.
